Most creators spend more time adapting content than creating it.

I’m talking to 20+ creators to understand exactly why — and what a real fix looks like. Every week I share what I’m finding. Raw insights from real conversations. Free.

What creators are actually saying

Three patterns from 20+ hours of creator research:

The pain isn’t time. It’s cognitive energy. Creators don’t hate repurposing because it takes long. They hate the mental switch between “YouTube brain” and “LinkedIn brain” five times a week.

No tool has brand memory. Every session, creators re-teach their AI tool who they are. The tools forget. Creators are exhausted by it.

42% of creators struggle specifically with repurposing — not creation. The creative work isn’t the bottleneck. Everything around it is.

About This Project

I’m Magesh — based in Bengaluru, India. By day I work in tech. Evenings and weekends I’m researching the creator economy and building an AI content repurposing tool.

I’ve spent years creating content across video, writing, and photography. The hardest part was never the creation. It was adapting one piece of content for six different platforms — each with different formats, tones, and expectations.

No tool actually solves this. They distribute. They don’t transform. That’s what I’m building.
